Which new sports are in the 2022 Commonwealth Games?

It is for the first time in the history of the Commonwealth Games, that the Women’s T20 Cricket along with three other new sports programs will make its debut in the 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games.

Edgbaston Stadium will host the first Women’s Commonwealth Games T20 Cricket match. Also, beach volleyball is another sport to be played for the first time in CWG 2022. The venue for Beach Volleyball is fixed at the Smithfield Market site renovated for a whooping Euro 1.9 billion ($2.3 billion). It is the same venue that will host the basketball 3×3 competition. Para Table Tennis is another new sport which will take place at the National Exhibition Centre (NHC).
